This Privacy Policy explains how PT GLOBAL MEGAH MANDIRI ("AirLink", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the AirLink VPN application and related services (the "Service"). We have designed AirLink to collect as little personal data as possible. This policy describes what we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and the choices available to you.

1. Summary

We collect the minimum information required to operate an account and process payments. We do not monitor, record or store your browsing activity, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or the destinations you connect to through the VPN. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

This website (airlink-vpn.com) itself contains no third-party trackers, advertising scripts or analytics. It is served as static files over HTTPS.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information

When you create an account we collect an email address. This is used to authenticate you, deliver service-related notifications, handle support requests and, where applicable, recover access to your account.

2.2 Billing information

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We retain limited billing records required for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, such as transaction identifiers, plan type, amount and date. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems; these are handled by the payment provider.

2.3 Minimal operational data

To keep the Service running and to enforce plan limits, we may process a small amount of aggregate operational data, such as the total amount of data transferred on an account or whether a session is currently active. This data is not linked to the contents of your traffic or to the destinations you visit.

3. Information we do not collect or log

AirLink operates under a no-activity-logs principle. We do not record or retain:

  • your browsing history or the websites and services you access;
  • DNS queries made while connected to the VPN;
  • the destination IP addresses or domains you connect to;
  • the contents of your network traffic;
  • logs that map a specific user to a specific online activity at a specific time.

Because we do not keep these records, we are unable to produce them.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to: create and maintain your account; provide and improve the Service; process payments and prevent fraud or abuse; respond to support enquiries; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. How data is stored and protected

Account and billing records are stored on access-controlled systems and protected with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service. We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Jurisdiction

AirLink is operated by PT GLOBAL MEGAH MANDIRI, a company registered in Indonesia. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Indonesian law. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in Indonesia.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, payment processors and infrastructure providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function. We may disclose information where required to do so by a valid legal obligation; however, we cannot disclose activity logs that we do not keep.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may close your account at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age required to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from such children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
