Set up AirLink

Choose your platform — we'll preselect the one you're on.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up at my.airlink-vpn.com and copy your personal access key.

  2. Download & install

    Get the Windows installer (.exe) from the Download page and run it. If Windows shows a SmartScreen notice on this new release, click More info → Run anyway — the publisher appears as AIRLink.

  3. Enter your key

    Open AirLink and paste the access key from your account.

  4. Connect

    Pick a location — or leave it on Auto — and click Connect. When it says "Connected", you're protected.

    Open AirLink on the Mac App Store and click Get, then launch it.

    Approve the VPN configuration when macOS asks, then paste your access key into the app.

Where do I find my access key?

It's in your account at my.airlink-vpn.com after you sign up. Copy it and paste it into the app on each device — one key works everywhere.

Which devices are supported?

Windows 10/11, macOS 12 or later, Android 8.0 or later, and iOS 15 or later. Exact requirements are on the Download page.

What should I do if I can't connect?

Try these in order: check the internet works without the VPN; switch to a different location; disconnect and reconnect; restart the app; make sure you're on the latest version. Still stuck? Email support@airlink-vpn.com with your platform and app version.

Why did Windows show a notice during install?

A brand-new signed release can briefly trigger Windows SmartScreen while it builds reputation. AirLink is digitally signed and shows the publisher as AIRLink — click More info → Run anyway to continue. More on our Security page.

Does AirLink keep logs of my activity?

No. We don't record your browsing history, DNS queries or the destinations you connect to. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do I uninstall AirLink?

Windows: Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find AirLink, choose Uninstall. macOS: quit the app and move it to the Trash. Android / iOS: press and hold the icon and choose Uninstall / Remove App.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Manage your subscription in your account. If you subscribed through an app store, manage it in that store's settings. Need help? Email support@airlink-vpn.com.
