Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AirLink VPN application and related services (the "Service"), provided by PT GLOBAL MEGAH MANDIRI ("AirLink", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the AirLink application on devices you own or control, for your own lawful use. The software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service to secure your own internet connection and protect your privacy. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• engage in or facilitate any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity;
• distribute malware, launch attacks, send spam, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party;
• interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
• circumvent usage limits, resell or sublicense access without our written permission;
• use the Service in any way that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of this section.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Payments and renewals

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance for the period you select. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirLink and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
